With the first job being that of the yum websites redesign I was thrown in the deep end of a sea of code, and not the fun “unlock all levels” type of code. With the change to thinking in ‘px‘ rather than ‘mm’ i found myself using keys that I had formally failed to even acknowledge existed on a keyboard (on a side note this increased keyboard workload has converted my once faithful loyalties to the old mac keyboards to the shiny new slimline one, which at first is a little of putting as we all know) and slowly even memorized some frequently used lines. As a whole it has been a good learning experience, which I hope has given me a solid base to further my web design skills in the future.
