Online Delivery Facilitation Coaching – RMIT

RMIT hired Yum Learning to support the trial delivery of a unit in Aged Care (Individual Support). The online pilot program was designed to be a workplace mentor-based delivery.

They also required the delivery of VET Trainer competencies through coaching of existing RMIT trainers in online communication with learners and activity feedback. This was done in conjunction with the building of an online facilitation model to support future rollouts.
