Well…putting it simply a webinar is a seminar or conference that happens on the web. So far this month I’ve been to two!

The first was for mysmartgreen and the other was for Energise Enterprise

Pop on your headphones, login in and sit back and listening to guest speakers, watching a slide show or two, chat to other participants and interact…all from the comfort of your chair.

The guest speaker from the Energise Enterprise webinar was actually speaking from New York, so in terms of having the opportunity to learn from people who may not otherwise be accessible, I think webinars are brilliant.

Webinars are also a cost effective and environmentally friendly way to connect with people and share information (and avoid dodgy conference catering).

I think I feel a yuminar coming on…stay tuned.
