Well a change is as good as a holiday so I guess sitting and listening to speakers at AGIdeas for three days classifies. This year has got to have been one of the best to date, let me think….I’ve been to four now. Stefan Sagmeister was the stand out, which seems a little weird being that he spoke first! I guess it had something to do with the fact that my life has undergone a lot of changes over the previous months and to sit down and listen to a legendary designer not only talk about inspiring design but life as well…. perfect. After listening to Sagmeister speak I was inspired to live my life different. It is so true of people in general, that we are all free spirited as children, yet somewhere along the way we become too worried about everything external to ourselves. We shouldn’t worry so much about the consequences’; we should all live life in the now. Don’t worry about what might happen because you don’t know that it will.
